We provide bespoke Excel training based on the needs of your organisation – right from the basics, through to more advanced courses designed to help all staff improve their use of Excel. We have particular expertise in using Excel for Marketing and Communications – from cleaning up a mailing list to analysing your sales data and campaign ROI. Our blog includes examples of how to remove duplicates in Excel 2010 and how to improve customer data for a mailing.
We believe in empowering our clients to become experts in database analysis in order to create more powerful marketing and communication campaigns. This training often utilises your existing database and doesn’t require any programming knowledge.
We provide training courses for Google Analytics bespoke to your organisation and for a wider audience. In January 2013, we worked with the Arts Marketing Association to create “A Beginner’s Guide to Google Analytics” which is available free to AMA members on the AMA website.
